With all the talk about Legal Drug's return, a lot of fans are saying 'well maybe they'll finish X and/or CLOVER too.'
My two cents:
Honestly, I don't think CLAMP will ever finish X. And I don't think they need to, because we've already seen both possible endings for X.
In the TV series, Kamui lets Fuuma kill him. In the movie, Kamui kills Fuuma.
There's really not a whole lot fresh CLAMP could do when/if they actually finish the manga.
As for CLOVER: well, I would love love love to read more CLOVER, but really, what we already have forms a pretty satisfying narrative. I'm not sure what more CLAMP could add to that either, though I would be eager to see.
Honestly, a few years ago I wouldn't have said this, but I would much rather see more Legal Drug or CLOVER than X.
