Jan. 7th, 2013 10:30 pmSo I was looking through the Harry Potter wiki and I noticed that Sirius was born in 1959, Regulus in 1961, and Narcissa in 1955, meaning that when Regulus started Hogwarts, Narcissa would have been about in her sixth year, while Sirius would have been in his second or third.
Official headcanon: Narcissa was like a supportive older sister to Regulus, in the way that Sirius never really was. She took him under her wing since they were in Slytherin together. Even after she graduated, she would come back to watch his Quidditch matches. They were both the youngest siblings who very much wanted to please their families to make up for their respective blacksheep siblings, Sirius and Andromeda.
Narcissa was heartbroken when Regulus disappeared and assumed to have been murdered; she never admitted it to anyone, but his loss was the reason she never actually joined the Deatheaters.
